AMERITAGE is a unique blend of Zinfandel and Bordeaux varietals, Cabernet, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

We secured a Trade Mark from the government for this blend. This very special wine is, because of the Zinfandel in it, a truly American heritage!

You can sip it with delight or pare it with your turkey, chicky, ham and cold cuts. The nose is full of delicate aromas. The front is a medley of berries, the finish is a hint of spices.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Haa! Cabernet Sauvignon was, still is and will always be the king of grapes from which the best wines in the world are made!

Our Cabernets are made in California in the Bordeaux tradition.

In blind tastings they have bested many of the most expensive wines from Napa, Sonoma and France. Our 2006 vintage is a Bordeaux blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot and 3% Petite Verdot.

Our "Ice Icle" is a specialty wine made with naturally frozen grapes. Grapes are picked typically in December or January in the low 20's F.

We add a quality brandy to stop the fermentation naturally and leave some residual sugar.

You can sip it in a brandy glass, pare it with chocolate for dessert or serve it as an aperitif with creamy blue cheese.
