CHEVALIER WINERY is a boutique winery located in beautiful French Creek Valley which is part of the legendary Gold Country of the Sierra Mountains. Our location is blessed with a true micro climate. By 7PM, the temperature has dropped dramatically on our estate, and we get up in the AM in the F40's, 85% of the time, all summer long. This dry, wonderful climate, combined with a light red clay rich in minerals, adds up to a unique terroir which produces excellent, clean fruit with intense flavor. We keep our grape production at no more than 3.5 ton per acre!

We specialize in Bordeaux varietals, Cabernets, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc. With a limited kind of wines to make, we can concentrate on producing fine wines of the highest quality.

True Boutique: we produce less than 1000 cases per year!
